Emotional Agency™ & Experiential Leadership Design
Who Am I
I’m a leadership strategist, facilitator, and performer whose work lives at the intersection of Emotional Agency™, experiential learning, and creative practice.
Whether I’m teaching improv, designing a leadership program, or standing on a stage, my intention is always the same:
help people see themselves more clearly, move with more courage, and have more fun in the process.
Because when people feel grounded enough to be honest and brave enough to experiment, real transformation becomes possible.
Where I Come From
My roots are in performance — improv, comedy, storytelling and the kind of embodied presence that requires truth, connection, and play.
On stage, I learned that humans don’t change because they’re told to.
They change because they feel something.
Because they’re invited into a moment where they can see themselves differently.
That insight became the foundation of my work in leadership development, and improv became one of the most essential ways I practice it — I teach and perform regularly, helping people explore courage, emotional honesty, and creative risk-taking in real time. Performance is one of the most joyful, human ways I live the very principles I teach.
How This Work Began
I’ve always been drawn to the emotional mechanics behind how people learn and connect. Illustration gave me a way to make those mechanics visible. Strategy gave me a way to make them useful. Graphic facilitation became one of the ways I made emotional mechanics visible in real time — a bridge between illustration and strategy.
Over time, those practices merged into a single approach: build the emotional world first, then design the experience that lets people move through it.
My work now lives at the intersection of art, emotional intelligence, and experiential design — a place where imagination and strategy collaborate to create real change.

My Inner Council
Behind everything I create is a five-member internal studio that guides how I see, design, and teach. These are different sides of me and the lenses that shape my creative and strategic work.

- THE INTUITIVE – reads the emotional field and ensures psychological safety and inclusion.
- THE STRATEGIST – builds the architecture: systems, frameworks, and pathways for change.
- THE PATTERN-RECOGNIZER – connects ideas into coherence and knows which patterns to honor or interrupt.
- THE SCIENTIST – tests, refines, and grounds ideas in emotional logic and behavioral truth.
- THE CREATIVE – turns problems into games, makes learning feel alive and joyful.
My inner council shows up whether I’m facilitating a room of executives, teaching improv to beginners, or designing a multi-month leadership program.
They’re the through-line that keeps my work human, grounded, and creatively rigorous.
What I Believe
I believe that leadership is an emotional practice.
That culture is shaped by the behaviors we repeat.
And that learning should feel alive — not theoretical, not performative, but embodied, relational, and grounded in real human behavior.
My framework, Emotional Agency™, helps leaders build the clarity, resilience, and self-awareness needed to navigate complexity with more humanity.
My background in improv taught me that creativity isn’t a bonus skill — it’s a leadership competency. It helps us question assumptions, challenge old patterns, and imagine better possibilities for how we work together.
How I Work
I design transformational leadership experiences that integrate:
In every space I create — from executive workshops to community stages — I’m inviting people into deeper connection with themselves and each other. Not through pressure or perfection, but through curiosity, presence, and play.
My goal is simple:
create spaces where people feel safe enough to explore and bold enough to lead.

Where My Work Lives
My work lives in the places where humanity, creativity, and leadership intersect:
Wherever I am, the intention is the same: help people see themselves more clearly, be braver, and have more fun in the process.

TEDx & Thought Leadership
My TEDx talk, Playing with Our Inner Child, explores how creativity and emotional honesty unlock deeper leadership potential. It reflects the same philosophy that guides all my work:
when we reconnect with our full humanity, we lead better.
If you’re building something meaningful
I collaborate with teams, organizations, and creative partners who want to design experiences that move people. If you’re working on something that needs emotional clarity, worldbuilding, or a new way of seeing, I’d love to explore it with you.
We’ll find the right shape together.
