About Me
I’m an artist–strategist who builds emotional worlds, characters, and learning systems that transform how people think, feel, and work. I translate complexity into intuitive experiences — illustrations, frameworks, immersive trainings, and story-driven tools that make emotion visible, playful, and actionable. My work shapes onboarding, leadership development, youth and arts education, keynotes, and large-scale creative projects. When a team, community, or audience needs a new way to understand themselves and move with intention, I design the world that unlocks it.
What I Build
I design the emotional architecture behind how people learn, connect, and make meaning. That can look like:
- Illustrated characters and worlds that teach emotional skill
- Learning systems for teams, leaders, and youth
- Experiential tools that turn abstract concepts into something you can see, feel, and use
- Story-driven programs that shift culture and behavior
- Creative frameworks that help people understand themselves and each other with more clarity
The Council of Betsaidas
The Council is the internal creative team I work with — five intelligences, five ways of seeing, five collaborators I consult when I’m building worlds, systems, and experiences. They’re not characters from Emotional Agency; they’re the lenses that shape my creative and strategic work.
The Five Intelligences:
- The Creative — imagines worlds, characters, and visual language
- The Strategist — designs systems, frameworks, and pathways for change
- The Scientist — analyzes patterns, mechanics, and emotional logic
- The Intuitive — reads the unseen, the emotional field, the human moment
- The Pattern‑Recognizer — Connects ideas, themes, and structures into coherence — and knows which patterns to honor and which to interrupt

The Pattern‑Recognizer is off breaking the pattern, naturally.
Where my work lives
My work shows up in:
- Leadership development and workforce training
- Onboarding and culture-building systems
- Youth and arts education
- Worldbuilding and character design
- Keynotes and immersive learning experiences
- Creative strategy for mission-driven projects
How this work began
I’ve always been drawn to the emotional mechanics behind how people learn and connect. Illustration gave me a way to make those mechanics visible. Strategy gave me a way to make them useful. Over time, those two practices merged into a single approach: build the emotional world first, then design the experience that lets people move through it.
My work now lives at the intersection of art, emotional intelligence, and experiential design — a place where imagination and strategy collaborate to create real change.
If you’re building something meaningful
I collaborate with teams, organizations, and creative partners who want to design experiences that move people. If you’re working on something that needs emotional clarity, worldbuilding, or a new way of seeing — I’d love to hear what you’re imagining.
